All personal information collected on this Site is collected by TriAthy. You do not have to provide any personal information in order to visit this Site. However, if you elect to enter a race or order products or other services, we may ask you to provide certain personal information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. Such personal information may include your first and last name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other personal information. If you elect to order products or services on this Site, you may be asked to provide a credit card number. Depending upon the activity, some of the information that we may ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity.

Your personal information will be used, and may be shared with third parties to the extent necessary, to register your entry, to facilitate the issue to you of your race number, chip and race information; to process your race result and/or to facilitate your option to purchase your photo after the event. Your personal information will also be used to record and support other activities or services that you may select in this Site. If you subscribe to an activity or service, the information will be used to register your rights, if any, and to facilitate the delivery and/or performance of the activity or service, as necessary. By entering a TriAthy race you consent to your name, which may include part of your address, being published in official pre-race debriefing documents and wave-listing programmes. Results of the race will appear on the TriAthy website and in other media. The results will include your name, finishing position and time.
We may collect information about the general use of this Site; such as the types of services used and how many users we receive daily. This information will be collected in aggregate form, without identifying any user individually. The data may be used for general purposes such as customising the advertising and content of the Site, improving our services, conducting research and statistical analysis, marketing or similar promotional purposes. TriAthy will also maintain and use your personal information to keep you informed about our products, services and other races or promotional offers, subject to your consent. Save for certain circumstances described in this Privacy Policy, we will not provide your name to other companies or organisations without your consent.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, TriAthy may release your personal information to third parties in order to comply with legal requirements such as in compliance with any law, regulation, government or regulatory body, search warrant, subpoena or court order; or in special cases, when we believe in good faith that it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding any illegal or unauthorised activity; or to protect the rights of TriAthy or others.

All personal information collected and maintained by TriAthy through this Site will be subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of such collection.
