TriAthy 2008 - Ireland's Fastest Triathlon

Just a couple of IMPORTANT things before you start...

Before completing the form, please assemble important entry information for all members of your RELAY TEAM OF 3 (Full Name / Address / Telephone / Email / Date of Birth / T-Shirt Size).

Please ensure that you complete the online form correctly and carefully for each team member - especially the email addresses!

You must have a Team Name (be original and nice!) and you must nominate a Team Captain

Mixed male/female teams are welcome. Note that there will be prizes for the four categories of All Male, All Female, (2M1F), and (2F1M)!

Team members who are not members of Triathlon Ireland are required to purchase a One Day Licence to take part in the event costing €15.60 (€15.00 + 4% transaction charge)

Once you have completed the online form you will be transferred to PayPal for payment processing. Please have your Visa, Mastercard or PayPal details ready to complete payment. Your team entry is not complete until payment has been received. INCOMPLETE OR UNPAID ENTRIES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

A 4% Transaction Fee is charged - this is clearly outlined on the form.

Once payment is complete, you will receive two emails. One to confirm your registration and the other to confirm payment.

Please note that WE ARE UNABLE TO ISSUE REFUNDS as we rely on the early committment of funds to cover race expenses. We regret that we are unable to make exceptions.
